While many attorneys charge for every phone call and email, I do not believe you should be charged to receive an update on your case or to ask a simple question.
Some issues in family law, while no less serious, can also be exciting and fun. Adoptions and legal guardianships are wonderful ways in which to strengthen and build families. I have also had the pleasure of experiencing both of these in my own life.

I also have always had a strong interest in helping people with their consumer issues and disputes. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate your way through a dispute with a company, and as a consumer this is very frustrating. I can help even the playing field in these types of situations. Some of the types of consumer complaints I have resolved include: unfair contracts, both landlord/tenant and commercial, resolving refunds for products that did not meet consumer expectations, and renegotiation for payment of professional services rendered.
